The Nike Events platform is continuously evolving to integrate with the ever growing number of Nike digital products and services, a recent challenge being global alignment across its many sports categories. Recent months involved collaboration with Nike Member Services to streamline bookable services, which has expanded from global events, to local weekly sessions, to retail appointments across the world. Led ongoing consultation in experience strategy in 2015, leading to new business with Nike Member Services in 2016.
