Personalized 1:1 Services

Collaboration with the Nike Events team in 2015 on how consumers could find and book Nike related events. We learned that the booking experience was an opportunity to gather information that would help personalize Nike services and products to them. This was a particularly swift and efficient process as far the project went – translating concepts quickly into deliverable assets due to ample discovery research upfront. We incorporated a skippable but delightful survey that worked at various touchpoints in the journey. Members would gain access to all Nike related events in one place, with services that excite them and make them want to come back for more. In 2018, Nike launched NikePlus Membership Unlocks which is generalized in its infancy but would soon be more targeted with data.
