Personalized 1:1 Services

Collaboration with the Nike Events team in 2015 on how consumers could find and book Nike events led to development of Personalized 1:1 Services using Athlete* shopping, social, profile and activity data. Concepts were quickly translated into deliverables due to ample discovery research upfront with Nike teams worldwide. Members would access all Nike events in one place, with a single unified booking process that scaled globally. In 2018, Nike launched NikePlus Membership Unlocks which is generalized in its infancy but would soon be more targeted with data.
